Leaf blower is in the shed in the back yard and it's gas. I generally don't run it unless I'm doing a full clean. This was an impromptu "ahh crap" moment. I have a 25 gallon compressor, and I was using it to clean the filters mainly. Only took 2 minutes to blow out the shop. I've thought about getting a bigger electric leaf blower for shop cleaning only.

The light duty rechargeable ones are pretty nice in the shop.  If there is one that uses the same batteries as your battery drill it might be a good option.  I find that my Ryobi One+ is pretty nice and I find it quicker, easier to grab, and to work better than the air hose.  Additionally it was pretty inexpensive since it was a factory reconditioned item.
