No, for the drawer on the Krenov stand he cuts the tails on the bandsaw and the sockets with a router and chisel. On the wall hanging cabinet he actually builds two versions, solid wood and ply...he uses a dovetail jig for case construction and drawer on the solid wood cabinet, and I believe pocket screws for the case construction on the plywood version and some kind of rabbet for the drawer construction.
