"Each seat requires 480 CNC-milled cuts" If i can still count, you should be able to do it with 66 cuts. What is everyone's thoughts on this chair seat design? I have a hard time imagining the wood flexing like that after a few years. I'm used to high end wooden furniture lasting hundreds of years. But I don't have any experience trying to flex older wood.
