AjI've heard only the opposite of this. Hard to imagine they make a floor finish that doesn't prevent stains? I'm probably going to order a can and do some tests. I know it is the opposite of conversion varnish. I'm either going with an oil finish that I can redo every now and then VERY EASILY or going with the most protection possible to prevent having to redo it . I went to my friends shop to use his jointer to do the top.
