Dimensions and Build Instructions: https://www.instructables.com/id/Chocolate-Box-Puzzle/ CAD file for box 2 of the blocks - see above link for all the parts. Block assemblies Blocks in box - assumed 1/32" clearance on sides Iso View Router used for the grooves Blocks cut out Walnut stain.
