rodger.
Not sure how the "clubs" section works. If I am not a member of a particular club, will the posts not be available to me in the general viewing area? So, in other words, is the content of the clubs exclusive to the club? ..Kev
It's been so long, I don't recall. I'd need to create another account and test drive it. Perhaps I'll get some time this evening to look into that.

I belong to no clubs, so make a test post in one of them (called ATTN rodger. or something similar) and I'll let you know if I can see it by clicking the "new content" button. Immortan D
Man if you can see the "Workholding Kit" topic you got your answer, since that topic is in the Woodpecker's club.
JohnG
I see the Workholding Kit thread in the new activity, and I do not belong to the Woodpeckers club. I had also been curious about this, so I’m glad you asked! I’m still curious how the clubs work, and how they differ from sub forums. Anyone can create a club and become its owner. Only admins can create a sub forum. Admins have to approve new clubs though. Only club members can post in a club thread or create a new one. Anyone can become a member though, no invitation required. The club owner can somewhat moderate posts within the club and appoint other moderators or owners. Club owners can create sections within their clubs. etc.
