Dang it, you need to post spoiler alerts.   This episode isn't even available yet on my apple podcast app.

This is like having someone tell you the ending of the MASH finale before it even aired.

Crap, sorry!  They've posted it all over Facebook and Instagram already.

I’d imagine that they will stay online. I know that at least some of the past episodes are hosted on Archive.org. If Marc doesn’t want to continue paying for other hosting, I’d bet he would copy the rest over to archive.org as well.

And yes, sounds like a combination of time, scheduling, effort, etc. Possibly having to end the podcast was a recurring theme, and callers would often start/finish by saying “Thanks for not quitting.”

I'm not up to date on the podcasts but I've always enjoyed them.  They were a model that all the other subsequent podcasts tried to follow.  I understand what a commitment they were but, like most of you, will miss them.  Whatever the boys do with their newfound spare time, I wish them well.

BTW, the "spare time" comment was done with tongue firmly in cheek.

However, it's great to see that they are still creating content in the form of YouTube videos. This is a great way for them to continue to connect with their audience and share their expertise in woodworking.

I think it's important for content creators to be adaptable and willing to try new things, and it's great to see that the WoodTalk team is doing just that. Moving to YouTube videos is a smart move like quiz builder, as it allows them to reach a wider audience and potentially attract new viewers who might not have discovered the podcast.

Overall, while it's sad to see the podcast come to an end, it's great to see that the WoodTalk team is still producing content and finding new ways to connect with their audience. I'm looking forward to seeing what they come up with next!
