Don't forget they have a ruler in these lengths already that is about the same width with similar features....

I almost bought one of these because i like my paloni ruler but the price turned me away.

What can possibly be the advantage of one of those rules over a good old combination square? I know it can stand upright, but dealing with a 12-24" ruler just to measure up to 1 3/4" is not practical.

Woodpeckers is trying to be the "gold" standard in the woodworking layout business.  Though their tools are well made, 95% of us can get the same quality by using the common tools we already have, by being very careful in what we do.

Are you referring to their Woodworking Rules (LINK) used in conjunction with their Rule Stops (LINK)?
