Chestnut 5352
MAN! totally understand. If it wasn't for the whole extra battery system I'd have a 12V driver as I prefer the smaller size and often don't like using an impact.
JohnG 1076
I have 12v drill/driver and a more complete 18v line. I use the 12v drill/driver way more than the same in 18v. For most woodworking applications the 12v is plenty. I do like the 18v circ and recip saws, but will rarely choose the 18v drill/driver for a bit more power.
gee-dub 3184
Just adding to what John said . . . My 12v tools do the lion's share of the work in the shop. The 18v stuff is more for rough work and construction-type stuff.
Coop 7284
I saw that in today’s paper ( yep, actually still take it ) and thought of everyone on here.

Coop 7284
Mine helps me get “started” in the morning. I hate sitting there without something to read, good news or bad!
legenddc 387
I think my wife is sick of me trying to figure out what 18v system to get.
