Corner Radius Jig

Hi

Im looking for a decent corner radius jig do anyone have any recommendations ?

I bought a cheap set off amazon and they leave track marks before and after the corner, i thought as they were CNC'd they would all be the same... i guess not!

I'm based in the UK so that might be a slight issue with brands such as Woodpecker.

Thanks for your help.

I had been given the Woodriver corner radius jig set and they all seemed to be not quite 90* so there would be a slight divot ~1.5” away from the corner on both edges if I ran the router to the stops. However, I found that if I ran the router just far enough to reach the tangent on both edges I could avoid that happening.

Some of the Chinese websites like banggood sell them.  No personal experience but there are a lot of YouTube vids that do reviews on them. Most of them from Europe.  Example below. Corner jig starts around 9:15

also YouTube by hookedonwood also does similar reviews.  Haven’t gotten around to it but I’ll probably order a few in the future

oh and they have many versions of the corner jig. They also have 45 degree versions as well as round over
