Somewhat Stickley inspired sideboard

Thanks, it certainly brings a smile to my face every time I plane another board to see what it is hidden under the mill marks.

That is a beautiful space. The sideboard turned out great. I have to admit I was on the fence with the large strap hinges but they look great with the finished piece. That dark stained or fumed oak look works great with the black iron.

And just in case anybody is straining there eyes......... I did clock all of the screws. The screws that came with the hinges were straight slot screws and I had to hacksaw all of them deeper to make them usable.
