Mick S 2681
That truly is a great space. Really nice job on the sideboard!
Chet 4936
I have to admit that I was not a fan of the hinges but after seeing the piece in the room and the room's over all style, I think it works out really well. I guess it means you can't move or if you do, the sideboard will have to stay. The sideboard came out beautiful, well done.

The stain color is called Michaels Cherry followed by two coats of shellac and General Finish High Performance until I like the look or get tired of cleaning the fuji or sponge brush when its -15 degrees.

Must be a big pheasant, that far hill is about 1 1/2 miles away were my closest neighbor lives. Could be a turkey they are everywhere trying to find something to eat right now.
curlyoak 820
A really nice piece. and well executed. In the shop. Then in that perfect setting it looked even better. The entire room with the new work is inviting. I'm imagining a lot of food and a lot of people at that table. Maybe some wild game too...

I would like to see it even though this is a woodworker site I'm sure nobody would mind seeing some of your art. Thanks
Popular Post B1rdhunter 267
The only bricks on the property are buried in ditches or blocking wheels on equipment. We still own a brick and stone house 90 miles away in Des Moines IA that we built 33 years ago but the house we built here is all steel, tin, aluminium.
