pattyG Posted February 19, 2021 Report Share Posted February 19, 2021 Help! we are working on an oak table, sanded it down smooth. Cleaned it good and stained it. Let it dry and then poly it. Dry streaks.. sanded it down again, used conditioner and then stained it. Waited, wiped the table good. Put poly on it , 1st coat, good, 2 nd coat good, 3 rd nope.. dry streaks, kept trying to fix it. 6-8 coats. thin, thick nothing works. Suggestions Please!
