I used mine last night for wrapping gifts!

I tried that pitch with my wife. Or that the kids could use it as a table to color on and we could use it as a standup desk. So far it’s failed.

Only woodworking related gift I got was a subscription for Paul Sellers masterclass which I’m excited about.

What goodies did you buy yourself or receive this holiday season?

Early gift I received from a secret santa group.

What secret santa is this? Reminds me of when my coworkers and I were going to make a pact to buy whatever we wanted and tell our significant others it was a secret santa.

That's actually a rather nice gift! Paul has a lifetime of hand tool experience to share.

I didn’t mean to sound ungrateful. Really looking forward to it

It was just one with one of my family groups. I think you're onto a really good idea there...

Only tool I received this year was a Lie-Nielsen tapered tenon saw. Almost too beautiful to put to use, but alas, those tenons need cut. Was incredibly thankful to have receive it.

Pictures or it didn't happen.

Megan gave me a hatchet!

Super excited to put it to use. It'll work awesome for around the yard stuff.

My father in law got me something like that but on some unknown tool brand. Looks super cool but unnecessary for our townhouse. I’ll see if my dad can use it.

Sorry about that. If it helps I’m looking at your adjustable workbench for our office.

As I already have the Bosch with both bases, I know that was a good purchase. From having seen the quality of the bench during assembly, I have no doubt that this will be a great asset as well in my shop. I plan on using the bench as an assembly table instead of habitually using the top of my ts!

A book, some parts for an upcoming router table top over hall based on @derekcohen design, and a couple of mag switches for a new jig.

I’ve been wanting a mag switch for a stop block for my ts top. Are most the same strength and are there other things I need to consider when buying one?
