Did you by chance ask for this book? I thought (foolishly?) that this was more a beginner's level book so I'm wondering if there's content for the advanced level builder if you wanted it. Tom King
I've not seen different ones sold for woodworking, but they sell them for welding that come in all sorts of strengths.

I typically learn something new in any book and I suspect this one will be no different but it is definitely what I would consider an entry level / reference book. Are most the same strength and are there other things I need to consider when buying one? Coop I have only used the Magjig on the Bow products InstaGRIP feather board but they work very well and are so easy I find myself using a feather board more often. Not the cheapest solution by a long shot but the ease of use makes them worth it to me. I requested this set for a new jig I plan on making now I just need to recall what that was

Popular Post phinds
My daughter, who lives in Laos, brought this back as a Christmas present for me. It was carved in a village near where she lives. It's Burmese padauk / Pterocarpus macrocarpus, which in Laos is called maidu / maidou, which means "red wood". It's 6.5" tall and 7" long. Not sure what the tusks are made of but they appear to be wood. Probably just particularly clear sapwood of the same tree.

Popular Post JohnG
Whiteside bits are certainly worth the price! Their facility is just down the road from me, I’m hoping I’ll meet someone that works there and get offered a tour

JohnG
I will at some point. I have an in for tours of a couple similar companies, but a lot of places still seem to be limiting their visitors, especially for non core business. Maybe by the time I get through my busy season it’ll work out.
