Chester 4 Posted September 12, 2010 Report Share Mad - Sorry about the time to respond ... I just found your question. The holes were formed by strip-dado-cutting the cedar strips. It was difficult finding a method for this that I could start with confidence. If you ever want to do it, I can refer you to an online demonstration by a guy that I followed.
