tdh36185
With the last live event causing me to watch adds several times and being kicked ou on a number of occasions I have bought the colloquy app for the iPad. I was wondering if during live events the video feed still works through the app? Does one have toggle back and forth from the app and the website? Thanks for any help. thewoodwhisperer
Yup, unfortunately. They are two different entities. So you'll have to switch back and forth from the chat to the feed. I'm not sure if there's a tech out there right now that would allow us to seamless integrate the chat and stream using the iPad. As for the ads, you can count on that not being a problem for much longer. We have a better solution in the works.
tdh36185
So is there tech allowing for integration of stream and chat on a Mac instead of the iPad?
thewoodwhisperer
Well sort of. The live stream lives on the same page as the chat room if you are able to use the embedded version. If not, you can simply open the stream up on the website and then have Colloquy opened up in another window. Obviously there's more room to play on a desktop monitor so you can position the chat and stream on the screen however you like.
