mski2 Posted June 5, 2019 Report Share Posted June 5, 2019 Hi All, After rebuild on my roof and surgery I resume building my bench Question about the front rails on Benchcrafted plans with criss cross , I want to use 3" thick rails like the takedown version but puzzled on how to use pins to attach the rail on the vise leg instead of bolts being the plans call for a wide short tenon. All my stock that is left is at or just a hair under 1 3/4" thick before jointing , so I have enough to make them all 3" . Any ideas or anyone been there ?
