wiring remote and low voltage switches with CV cyclone

Anyone ever wired up the ClearVue Cyclone with both a remote and with low voltage wall switches all working together?  I bought the electric box that you can get that comes with the remote....this is currently working.  I have some low voltage switches that were hooked up to my old DC and I would like to get everything working together like a 3-way switch.

Not sure how to use them as 3 way but I use low voltage relay to micro switches on each gate. I have thought about using the remote to temporarily stop and start the cyclone but not to toggle with the micro switches.
