Guild question

Hmm, that's a pretty tough question. In the Guild, I try to show numerous ways of doing things during each step of the project. And while I always show the milling steps, we typically have wood kits available containing pre-surfaced lumber. So for most projects you wouldn't really even need a jointer and a planer.

But if you watch enough of the videos on the free site, you will get a pretty good idea of the tools I frequently use. It would be misleading to give you a "required" list simply because there are so many ways to get a particular job done. Even if I happen to show only one way, that definitely doesn't mean that's the only way.
