areynoldsre
I've got a DeWalt 788 scroll saw that I am starting to use a lot for small projects and marquetry. It's great but in my small shop the dust can get a bit much (my inside shop is 10'x12') after an evening of cutting - more that I thought a little saw could do. Plus my wife is starting to use the saw for projects and is very sensitive to dust. Have anyone set up any kind of dust collection on a scroll saw? I do have a Delta dust collector (50-760) that I use with a flexible 4" hose to hook up my bigger machines - table saw, router table and chop saw. I've been looking at the scroll saw and this 4" hose trying to figure out how to set something up to collect dust. So far my thoughts are to do a hood on a stand - maybe adapting something like this: http://www.rockler.c...age=10403&rrt=1 Any thoughts?
