lynnerox47@yahoo.com
Hi! I'm Lynne. I'm restoring part of a 1911 sewing machine cabinet.(cover for machine only) It is missing a piece of trim on the top right side. The piece has veneer attached. I have done alot of research, but had no luck finding it. Would appreciate any feedback. Thanks.
dwacker
Post a photo of what you need. Many times someone can just make it for you if you cant do it yourself.
wdwerker
I have an old White sewing machine, but not that old I don't think. The oak veneer is coming loose in several places. I just keep it as a side table. Pictures really would help us give you some feedback.
wdwerker
I just did a little Googleing around. Do you have the box/domed machine cover or the flat cover that folds out to make more work surface? That domed cover looks like it could be tricky to repair or reproduce.
