Rick LoDico
If the sun ever comes out again I'll try to take a better quality video. This built in video camera seems like it's going to work out well. It also has the 5 mg camera {media} [/media}
Lawrence Brown
picture quality looks great, but for me at least it seems to be squashed into a narrow verticle band in the center third of the picture with black on the left and right thirds. Did it get compressed to the wrong format or something?
Rick LoDico
The phone did it that way automatically. Then I put it on my Mac and then to uTube. Here's a pic, also under poor light conditions.
Lawrence Brown
The picture looks great. I wonder if the video problem has something to do with youtube wanting everything to be widescreen format now? At least that's what I've heard. haven't actually checked it out yet myself. When you say the phone did it that way itself, are you saying that if you watch the video on the phone itself, it's squeezed like that? Or was that done by you intentionally? I think you just need to rotate the phone to a horizontal (landscape) orientation when shooting the video, or else you get the narrow vertical (portrait) orientation, which looks funny for video.
