builderbob
I bought a set of Abranet sanding disks for my orbital sander about a year ago. So far, I really like using them. They seem to hold up longer (much longer) than standard sanding disks, and if they clog (not often,BTW), I run them under a stream of water and they are as good as new. Their only downside is price... but the old adage of "you get what you pay for" seems appropriate. Any comments or opinions pro or con? rob45
I have heard good things about them, but have not yet tried them. A while back, I switched over to using the Festool RO125 for the majority of my disc sanding. When I purchased the sander, I also acquired the abrasive promo pack. It works great, and I still have quite a while before I get low on that supply. Maybe when the current supply runs low, I'll try the others. LordLQQK
Heard they were very good, never used them. I have used the metal "shaving" discs that just seem to chew the wood to death. LQQK
