John's Woodshop
One with the cutters parallel to the wood which would cut with the whole cutter and one with the cutters angled which seems that it would only cut using the point of the cutter? If so, which one of these would be the better of the two? Thanks! John
davestanton
I have no idea what Grizzly offer, but a blade that is peeling a shaving off the surface instead of a full chop at a time would be smoother as far as the load on the motor. When you started the thread with the word spiral cutter I thought you meant something like this
John's Woodshop
Hi Dave, Yes, that is what I was talking about. And I contacted Papa Griz and got it straight from him that Yes, they have two different spiral heads. One that cuts the way the machine you linked to cuts and one that is set at an angle and sheers. Thanks! John
