cutting board care?

I just clean mine off with a damp dish rag and let it air dry. Sometimes I run it under hot water and air dry. I rarely reapply the mineral (butcher block) oil - maybe once or twice in a year - if that.

maybe not the most sanitary but that's what I do.

and I never cut raw meat on it - I've got a plastic cutting board for that that gets the soapy and very hot water treatments between uses.
