mtbercrash40
I've made my wife a jewelry box with this and want to polish it up just a little. NOT glossy. Between a satin and semi shine to it. Thx for any feedback.
wtnhighlander
I have had some success polishing dense woods with a cotton buffing wheel in my drill press, loaded up with red jeweler's rouge. Follow that with a paste wax finish for a surface that glows but isn't glossy. This offers almost no protection for the piece, and will need to be renewed frequently, but it has a very 'natural' sheen to it.
