jdbuehler
Any tips on how to accurately measure and cut the plywood panel to the correct dimensions to fit perfectly within your mitered frame for the deck (i.e. the alternate version for the deck/bottom)? Have tried laying out the frame and "tracing" the outline on the plywood. Can never cut it to perfect dimension with my track saw. Maybe I just need to accept the small gap b/t the plywood and frame in one of the corners....
G S Haydon
Hello j Accept it or work backwards. Cut the ply and then miter your frame around fixing each part as you go.
Beechwood Chip
I like to fit the ply into dados in the frame. The dados hide any small gaps.
