tcarswell
Like the title says. I sold my two smaller band saws and am seriously looking at buying the Grizzly g0555lanv while it's only 445 plus shipping. I would be using it for broad curves and some occasionall re sawing
mikem
You will be very happy with that saw. I have the G0555P, and love it. The first thing you will want to do is throw away the blade that comes with it, and buy a good blade for it.
Firehawk
I have the model below that (aluminum wheels). I'm OK with it although I wish I would have waited and spent a little more and got a 17 inch model.
tcarswell
Which blades should i get first.i need one for wide radius curves and one for re saw and ripping type operations.price isn't a massive concern.
mikem
I run a Timberwolf 1/4" 6TPI blade on mine. I use it for everything, including the occasional resaw.
Tom Cancelleri
I like the Timberwolf Blades. Fairly inexpensive, good performance. If you're gonna resaw, I'd go with a 3-4 skip tooth, and a 5/8" blade
