Squareandsharp Posted July 22, 2017 Report Share Posted July 22, 2017 About got the Chinese 1/2 blind dovetail jig tuned up. Followed directions and watched several videos. This is the second practice box I've made cutting with both sides of the jig, left side cuts made in the left side of the jig and right side cuts made on the right side, labeled as instructed, cuts positioned as mirror images. Both practice runs came out the same with the exposed pin on the bottom with cuts on the left side of the jig and on the top with cuts made on the right side of the jig. Tom King Posted July 22, 2017 Report Share Posted July 22, 2017 can you post a picture of the jig? Some have a little piece that swings into place on both ends for different types of dovetails.
