Danettej
OK, Some of you have started posting your initial thoughts on here, and some great feedback has resulted from that. However, we want to hear MORE !!!! How do they work for you? Do you love them? What don't you like about them? What suggestions would you make to improve them? Would you go out and purchase these on your own? Why or why not? For those of you who haven't posted anything yet, please don't be shy ! We want to hear ANYTHING you have to say. Even if you haven't had a chance to use them yet, keep those initial impressions coming. This is a real chance for you all to have direct influence on development! The pictures some have posted are WONDERFUL !!! Keep them coming ! Thanks, and have a great weekend ! Danette
Dyami Plotke
Danette, I've been using the clamps for a few weeks now. The are part of a very simple jig I'm using to hold panels while I Domino them. Even in that limited role, I've been impressed by how well the toggle clamps work. The handle 2 layers of 3/4" ply just as easily as 1. Regardless they have enough pressure to prevent panel slipping. The only improvement I'd make would be to offer a non-marring shoe to slip over the business end of the clamp. Well done on the design.
