Spend 12 hours a day listening to a song and it's gonna stay there. A trick I used to use though... sing the lyrics of "Amazing Grace" to the melody of the gilligans island theme. It is difficult to do. But it works. I over used it and can do it without thinking. Doesn't work anymore. Now onto hour 14 of having this song in my head.
