Well I was able to solve my problem with wood chips entering the upper chamber.  Apparently the spring clips came loose.  Easy fix.  Now it seems I have a new problem.  I am hearing this grinding noise after I shut the machine off.  Its hard to tell where or how its happening.  I raised the machine all the way up and turned it on.  I noticed that after the power is off the spindle that holds the blades continue to turn for a few rotations and thats when the noise comes in.  The noise does not spot until the spindle stops.  Has anyone encountered this problem, and if so what is it?
