People don’t want builder grade cabinets in their remodel. No kidding.. Cabinets come in low , medium and high. When I price cabinets I start with basic set and let the customer decide from there. Money drives an individual. I’ve seen a lot of shops have 5-6 employees and only two in winter. What does my shop need to do to draw. customers? A lot of tye larger shops tend to forget about the Lipitor guys and do less customer service. Cabinetry is such a competition. I worked for a shop that made the cheapest cabinets, but were very quality built and the other complaint from other shops competing is the use PB interiors.
