dwacker
Has anyone seen a close match to powermatic colored paint anywhere. Ive found the little touch up cans but want to paint the new steel bench/outfeed to match the pm2000. Thanks Don
wilburpan
Go to a local Benjamin Moore or Sherwin Williams and grab a bunch of those color cards, take it back to your shop, and see which one matches your paint. Then go back, and tell them that you want paint to match that color to paint something metal. They may have a device that can scan a color and figure out how to match it, but I would guess you don't want to haul a table saw to the paint store just for that. On second thought, if you could remove a panel or a door from the table saw and bring it down for color matching, that would be another option. dwacker
Thanks I didn't know they could make rattle cans. Don
PeteJr
Powermatic sent me a can of paint for my PM1800. Perhaps they will sell you what you need to spray your outfeed table.
wilburpan
Thanks I didn't know they could make rattle cans. Don Actually, it won't be in rattle can form. But the paints go on really well with a brush, and you could spray the paint as well with a spray gun.
