AlanWilley
I have just finished fitting this bedroom suite for one of my customers. It has taken around three weeks to build. It is made of Moisture resistant MDF and painted in AC laquer. I cut the mouldings out of 6mm MDF and shaped them into the doors and drawer fronts. All of the drawers are on soft closers as are the doors. I added a green felt lining for the dressing table drawer for effect. Two coats of primer were sprayed on and then a chocolate colour was added to allow me to cut through the top coat to reveal the chocolate. Customer was very happy with them. Here is the dressing table. These are on the opposite side of the room And this is the interior drawers in those too.

ChetlovesMer
Nice, How did you do the carvings at the top of the doors and drawers?
AlanWilley
Well chet, the carvings were cut out of 6mm MDF and then the edges were rounded over with a router and template. Finally they were glued into place and sanded into the door.
