wjffineww
I have some hand tools I'd like to get rid of. This "kit" would be for a beginner looking to get a good jump on starting a hand tool collection. I have a stanley no. 5, a craftsman no 4, a stanley no.4. A few hand saws and some squares, spokeshave etc. I'm really not sure how much to ask for everything. If there is interest I will put together a picture of everything, and we can talk money. Thanks. wjffineww
Ok so I attached a picture of what I have. Shown is a Craftsman no. 4, Stanley Bailey no. 4 and 5, unnamed no. 4,5,6, 2 stanley block planes, 4 misc. extra irons, General honing guide, Freud dovetail saw, Great Neck crosscut saw, 6 squares, Veritas low angle spokeshave, Rockler bench cookies. Even if you aren't interested in buying any idea what a fair price would be for all this stuff? Thanks Can't figure out how to post pics.... Beechwood Chip
On the second line of tool icons there's an image button. The line starts Bold, Italic, Underline ... bullet, numbered list, link unlink, image. If you hover your mouse over the icon it will tell you what it does. Where are you located? It probably wouldn't be worth shipping these tools halfway around the world.
Chuck Melton
If you come up with a price I'd be interested to see what it is. I am getting started and planes and hand saws are on my shopping list.
