gequinby
sorry for the noob question here, I just joined the guild, yearly membership, got the G&G Blanket chest as my freebie archive project, also want to look at video 174 to see if the router sled is something I would want to build, it sounds cool. I cannot access/view any of the videos, I can access my Blanket chest, but am unable to download videos, no error messages, must be doing something stupid. Would appreciate any ideas. I am accessing site via IE11, latest updates, Java is disabled in browser, Flash player has latest, system running Win 7 pro, also fully updated. Thanks in advance, GEQ An update, I find I can view most of the regular videos via ITunes, but still unable to download the project videos, the download button at the lower left does not do anything. Have tried enabling Java in browser, enabling all the other IE add-ons, but no joy. I cannot find a tech support area on the website, am I missing something there too? Would appreciate a reply Thanks GEQ
thewoodwhisperer
For anyone paying attention, we are handling this via email. Just don't want it to appear as if we are ignoring GEQ.

thewoodwhisperer
We are still trying to figure out the solution. The player is compatible with all major browsers but there are some security variables that can prevent it from working properly. Without the user's computer right in front of me, it's hard for me to troubleshoot. I usually have to give the very generic advice of trying new browsers, disabling ad-blocking plugins, and lightening up the security settings on the browser. So far, in most cases, the player works just fine with an "out of the box" browser. It's what folks do after the fact that muddies the water.
