My only critique is that the handle is not long enough for comfortable rolling and that it tips over on its side easily. wtnhighlander Posted June 15, 2020 Report Share Posted June 15, 2020 When shopping for motors, check for a listed rating of "compressor duty" or "S3". Motors of a given HP are not all the same. Core and winding construction is different to meet various operationg conditions. This site explains those conditions a bit. S3 rating seems most closely matched to the typical loading cycle experienced by an air compressor.
