rodger.
I was trying to watch some of your videos tonight, but cannot get a picture. I can hear the audio fine, but no video. I updated my flash player to the newest version, but still no luck. Any suggestions?

rodger.
Okay, I did all that stuff above, and still no luck. I am running the newest version of Internet Explorer, and the newest update of Adobe Flash Player. Do I need Quicktime or another player to view the videos? I have no problem watching them on youtube, if that helps.
thewoodwhisperer
You know, these days I am not sure what the browsers are doing, whether they are utilizing the Flash player or HTML5. The Quicktime player shouldn't be a factor. As an alternative solution, you might try just downloading the video using the download links and watching it on your desktop.

Denver_Bernard
This all started with me getting my fabulous wife an awesome Kindle Fire HD for Xmas - and I LOVE IT! Nothing better than watching project videos from the comfort of my workshop - but wait, the Kindle Fire HD won't play any of TWW videos due to Adobe not supporting Flash any more (and installing it voids support and warranties). The nice Kindle folks say that you need to switch over to HTML5. How can I enjoy my wifes christmas gift as much as I hope to if I can't watch Mark in the shop???? BTW, my wife is not is support of you upgrading to HTML5 for obvious selfish reasons...
thewoodwhisperer
We are HTML5 compatible and have been for a couple years now. But when it comes to web video, things are always more difficult than they seem. So I can't say for sure the problem is NOT on our end. But if I can watch on my iPhone, then I know we are at least HTML5 compatible.
rodger.
I solved the problem by buying an iPad. Now everything just works.
