If it is the same "ACME" as in the Roadrunner cartoons, I believe I would steer clear of them. I get the Acme Tools catalouge now and then. I have not bought anything from them, however, a lot of the woodworking accessories look OK to me. A lot of the stuff, as in other catalouges, is made in China. I have seen the chisels, they are made of very soft steel and will not hold an edge for long.

Will stop by and check out but probably will not by any off-brand tools. Thanks
