Wood is Mara (rubber tree family from what I understand - not much info on the web about it). %#€£ to work with. Mitre keys are Purple Heart. Danish Oil finish. 2 magnets in the back center to create a swivel effect. Most of the techniques on this one are directly from Doug Stowe's 'Basic Box Making' video series from Taunton (specifically, the walnut and spalted pecan box).
