Shop Fox has a retail network, Grizzly is mail order only except for their three warehouse stores. Some the tools are essentially identical, some are unique to their brand name. The W1703 contractor saw that you linked to is pretty much the same saw as the former Grizzly G0444....a well proven traditional contractor saw with a very good fence.
