Brendon_t Posted March 14, 2015 Author Report Share Posted March 14, 2015 Well I heeded sound council here and slowed the hell down when running critical pieces through the DS. It has made all the difference in the world. With 80 grit strip, I'm making about a 16th of a turn down. It takes about three to four passes for the drum to catch up to flat and not really be contacting wood. Lower and continue.
