Brendon_t Posted August 12, 2015 Report Share Posted August 12, 2015 Kev, I have always routed out the gap, cut on the band saw, then replaced the removed material with the same thickness of bent stock, it looks like you skip the router and just lay the laminations in the band saw kerf. Do you ever run into alignment issues going back together?Not really because it usually really doesn't matter.. If I were doing something with a cool pattern on the face, then it would be an issue.
