Normally i wouldnt recommend abusing a stores return policy, but i have no respect for home depot. They are the walmart of home improvement stores and deserve to be taken advantage of. I hate to recommend anything harbor freight, but I can't in good conscience recommend spending 150 bucks on a decent pipe cutter for 1 project. https://www.harborfreight.com/no-2-pipe-cutter-62243.html Cutting and threading black pipe isn't hard.
