Cold Bendable Hardwood

Have you folks seen this product or had any experience with it?  I heard about this in a woodturning article.  It's very expensive, but it seem like it offers some interesting possibilities.

Hmm, water activated...does that mean high humidity areas run the risk of sagging?

No, not the impression I got.  What I read is that the product is delivered wet and when bent and allowed to dry will remain as shaped.  But if the product should dry in storage it could be reactivated or rejuvenated by re-hydration.  I suppose that raises the question of what happens when a piece bent to shape is accidentally made wet.
