I think that on their design, It might have been better to close in the whole back side and put the dust port at the bottom instead of the top.

You would have to box it in. You could see it blowing out the bottom. With it pulling dust, it will pull any heat as well..

 

These  designs are based on a Castle pocket hole cutter..

I’ve got a DW625. That the speed controller is out and runs on one speed. Rebuilding the box and using the Dewalt and saving the Bosch router for something else.

I’ve got three Sioux air drills. I’m gonna try and figure away to:involve one in the pilot hole. I only have two small routers and dont want to waste them on this..
