gerryswo Posted August 14, 2010 Report Share Posted August 14, 2010 Hi from Enfield, I have no idea where to put myself on the hierarchy of woodworking abilities. More than a beginner, less than a professional, I guess. I have no specific interest in terms of woodworking projects. Mostly it is what I need or want at the moment or what the missus needs or want. Currently I am trying to decide the best design for a woodworking bench. I find there are certain things I cannot do without one (use my planes for one-which I don't really know how to use or sharpen yet, but that's another story). I'm sure, like most woodworkers I can't spend as much time in the shop as I would like. I suppose I'll have to wait to retire for that to happen.
