I emailed Lie Nielsen and told them that my cutter broke and they sent me a brand new cutter free of charge no shipping expense either. It's makes you feel good when you do business with a company whose goal is to ensure customer satisfaction. The prices are high but you are not only paying for a wonderful american made product but the support that goes with it. It just makes me....
